The most recent modifications of what you're looking for are Legendary Markings v4.1 (http://www.mediafire.com/file/25xs4wj6xo4oj3c/Legendary+Markings+v4.1.zip) and Legendary Items v4.3 (http://www.mediafire.com/file/necyiedage9hnne/Legendary+Items+v4.3.zip). Hope this helps!
