Title: How to download the 1.13 maps

I've seen them around somewhere,
but that was about a year ago.
I'd appreciate it if anyone gave me links
and how to properly install them :) ~

Note: I don't know how this will fare in FH version 1.16 since the pack was last optimized for version 1.15
