Title: Crashing w/ update

Hey there,
My game loads up and I'm able to log in, but when the characters begin to load my game crashes and closes. I'm connected to the front page and it isn't an internet problem. I haven't installed any animations as I've read that causes the same problem. I've also moved over the markings.cfg and items.cfg files from my older folder when moving over markings and items packs so that isn't the problem.

Hello SaintsAreDevils, have you downloaded any other modifications besides custom animations? Try going into C:/Feralheart and opening ogre.cgf with notepad when prompted. Take a look at the "Render system" section and switch to the one you do not have listed. For example, if you have
and vice versa. Honestly this sounds like there could be a problem rendering the character models, but it won't hurt to try what is above. Let us know how it goes.

Hey! Actually moving the old markings and items folders from your old game has been causing quite a few people to crash! I would suggest taking them out, putting in the default ones, and re downloading mass markings and items from scratch

Hey,
I tried what AlphaEclipse said but it continued to crash.
I'll reinstall the game as you've suggested without items and markings as most likely that'll be the fault.

It is no worries. Very sorry about the problem, it'll be rough at first with all these glitches. I do hope a clean install works for you. Very odd that moving the markings/items from an old copy would cause problems like that.

I have the same problem. I reinstalled the game and I've put every single marking and item into their right places. I can login, everything's fine BUT when the characters have to load, the game closes itself..C: X"D Does anyone has any idea? I really need those markings and items. Previously(today to be exact), everything worked well, I could play with those items/markings. Now it doesn't feel like working I guess? :D :-X

I have the same problem, but I can't just reinstall all my mods from scratch, I have too many! And some of them are adjusted to my liking, so they don't exist anywhere else... And some of the links to the mods are now dead or don't work anymore. :'(

Same as Katy45! I open a game, log in and when I want to see my char's it close by itself and I dont know what is happening x'D.
