As I’m not an expert on pc I thought I could make presets via my iPad, on procreate which I did but now I’m having difficulties getting them in the game.
I used to know how, 5 years ago but now I have no clue.
Could anyone help me? I’m not even sure if I use the right file type, such as png, jpeg, psd etc.
If anyone could download the preset for me, somehow, that would be awesome.

I don't think doing them on an iPad would work. GIMP or Photoshop on a desktop/laptop are your best options.
The image file type is also a .jpg (I had to check what type they were myself, actually.)
I recommend opening one of the preset images from either preset_1 or preset_2 and editing them in one of the programs above, or simply pasting over anything you've already done, then saving over it or saving as a new image in one of the other preset_# folders if you'd like to keep them.
Hope this helps. ^^

It is actually possible to do presets on mobile, that's if you have the UVs imported to the device, though it's not really a recommended choice. I made a few presets via my Samsung Galaxy a few years back. I imported the UVs to my device then did them in an art app then yeah... exported them back to my PC in the correct file folder. Unfortunately doing presets through a mobile device is time consuming.
@A.P.S., presets can be PNG as well! ^^
Some other programs you can use for presets on PC if you have enough room that aren't hard to use as well are Paint Tool SAI and FireAlpaca, although I personally have a preference for SAI to do mine.

Oooh okay. I just went to look at my own folder. Plus I don't draw on my phone much, only doodles, and deleted the one major drawing app I had on it.
