Title: Keep Crashing

So i recently made a forum on how i couldn't get FH to work. That's been fixed, but now I keep crashing. I can't stay in game longer than 1-2 minutes without crashing. Now I did reinstall wolfworm's canine and feline texture, but replaced their material file like cmain and fmain with the original FH cmain and fmain files. Nothing so far has worked and I don't know what else to do.

Also to add, I don't have the problem of loading in, or getting into maps, it's the constant crashing.

There's a few things you can try;
- Run the FH application as an administrator - Try running it in DirectX (which you can change between OpenGL and DirectX either when you get the first prompt or through the options menu) - Turn off water reflections if they've been turned on

I'd suggest changing your rendering system to the opposite of what you're using through the menu. If that doesn't work, then go to FeralHeart > media > particles and search for any .particle file ending with _0, _1, _2, _3, etc, and delete them. If these don't fix anything, let me know.

Still crashing, I tried both of what you guys suggested and nothings worked

After you crash, look for a "badfile.reminder" file to see if a preset is causing it.

i don’t have any presets currently, and there wasn’t any particle _0, _1 etc files

Hm, well, I'd suggest a full uninstall and reinstall of the game, something in your files is most likely causing this, but it's hard when you don't know exactly what.

i uninstalled it then reinstalled it first so that i could even get the new exe. my old one was so messed up i had no other option but to delete it then reinstall it

Well then the last thing I can suggest is download the media folder from this backups thread > Click me (https://feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?topic=58064.msg792807#msg792807) and replace it with your current one. Let me know how you go.
