Title: Connection issues
Post by: kxynine on February 28, 2021, 10:32:23 pm
Idk if I'm the only one having this problem but I have it so, yea.
Idk if this is the right place to post this but oh well.

When I try to log on the page that you gotta keep open, it does nothing. It just kinda refreshes the page and doesn't load anything.
Tried with different accounts on different browsers and same thing all way across.
Anyone got any idea what's going on and/or how to fix it?

Perhaps trying a different browser?

Maybe try to reconnect with your current wifi, use different network, maybe clean cache and cookies, also try it on your phone?

Clearing cache and cookies didn't help and it'll take a bit longer for me to try the others,,

Tried logging on my phone and that works just fine, trying to  reconnect with my wifi on my PC

Reconnecting with my wifi did not work, and my phone could log in while connected to my wifi, so idk.

Disable any proxies, restart your computer, or even restart your router

I've had a couple users contact me with this issue, and it seems to sort itself out after a week or so. For now if your phone works I'd keep using that

I seemed to have forgotten to mention that my phone was not connected to the wifi when it would work, but as soon as it connected it did the same thing.
I just didn't notice it wasn't connected at first :')
But otherwise thanks
