Title: Help finding another way to log in?

Hi everyone :D I'm an old player of FH, like a lot of other people, and I redownloaded the game recently (I've been testing it with my other account, which is this one). When I try to log into my old account (which had so many username changes it's not even funny, but luckily they're all saved in my notes + Google) on either the play-game tab, or for the user panel tab, , it doesn't work. However, it works with this one, which is a much newer account. Usually my assumption would be that my old, original account got "wiped", or "cleansed", since it hadn't been logged into for probably around six years now. However, when I go into the 'register' option, to make a new account with the same email my old account used, it says the email is still in use, so I cannot use my main email. What I wanted to know, maybe, is if there's any way to either disconnect this email with this old account, or if there's a way to possibly log in with this old email to get my old account back that way?? (My thought was that perhaps I changed the username, or disabled the account, and don't remember, so maybe knowing the definite password+email would help me get back into it). I know the FH website/game/forum has you log in by username, not email, so I know it's a longshot, but I wasn't sure if there is sadly no hope for this old account, or if there's no hope for using that email for a new account to replace the old one?  :'( thank you xx

Unfortunately, we cannot change those account specifics without Raz helping us out. Only he has the ability to do that from the server-side, and sadly, the chances of him taking a moment to make a small change like this is very close to zero. He's a rather busy guy and it's rare of him to set aside time to do considerably "small" things unless it's an emergency.

I'm going to assume you've already tried logging into the account with different browsers and your phone. If not, I would attempt that rout as sometimes this site can have an absolute fit with allowing you to log in.

If you'd like, you can PM me the email+username in question and I can do a search just to see what pops up for you.

Aside from that there's really nothing I can do for you unfortunately. I can, however, make a note of this request for the future whenever I can catch Raz in a free moment, if that ever happens. It's small but it's the least I can do considering there's nothing else.
