Title: Where's the latest patch?

Can someone please send me the link to the latest patch? I downloaded the one published in 2019 because the .exe one from 2020 just keeps telling me 'the code execution cannot be processed because irrKlang.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem' Should I uninstall & reinstall?
