Title: It wont let me log in to the game :o?

Ok so I just made this and downloaded the game and like everytime i log in it says 'Connecting to front server... Request accepted sending login... Incorrect username or password. (5 failed attempts equal 15min ban)' I use a vista and when I asked my friend about it she just said to try and use hers so I did and it worked perfectly fine. I'm sure I'm putting everything in right and I even tried changing the password but it still didnt work. Please help?

It's all right but it just doesnt let me on I did all that stuff its not in caps, i use the numbers above the letters, it has no weird symbols, and it is in english ._.

Okay. Try creating a new account, and stick to the guidelines. Try no numbers, symbols, capital letters.
Sometimes a new account is all that is needed.

Really? D: Umm, I doubt reinstalling the game would help... I'm not really sure what else to do. Hopefully someone else will come along and give you some other, more useful, tips. I'm sorry. :S

the same thing happens to me! D: i've done like 3 new accounts to see if it would let me in but no, evil game sais the same exact thing!! and note that i've tried from my and my mom's pc and in both it wont let me. i dont know if the two pcs are broken or if the games for each that i downloaded are damaged, but i just cant go in. :(

ok, Feralheart won't let me login because it keep's saying Failed To Log In To Sever when i try to log in. I've tried eveything like make all my power bars go up and download adobe. What should i do?

Instead of trying 9999 homemade remedies for the-game-is-not-working problem, you should instead read the notice.

Tip: scroll up, and you will see a big yellow text "All FH Users Are Required To Read This Notice", click the word "Notice".
