Title: wont let me open the file for the new maps! i used utorrent, locked maybe? HELP!

hey, arcticwarrior here! ok, so i finally got utorrent on my computer so i can get the new map pack! well, i downloaded it, and everything pretty much ran smoothly, until i tried opening it.

thats what the file for the map pack looks like. ive tried right clicking and saying open, trying to open it by left click, and making a shortcut directly to the file. i don't know if utorrent locked the file, or something else. but i need it opened so i can install the maps! can anyone out there help me out?

I downloaded the map with BitTorrent and it worked fine. Try to download the map pack with that, if it still dont working then I dont know whats wrong.
