Title: Can't See Terrain Masks Page!

I'm trying to create a map, and I've got the height map done, I just can't seen to actually see the Terrain Mask page. Is it my computer, or is there really no tutorial on Terrain Masks?

It seems like its no tutorial about that, so no its not your computer.
