Can i get to any other maps besides bonfire? If so how?

There should be a black portal in the side of the big hill in Bonfire.
You should find it quickly, lots of people tend to gather around it.
You will enter a cave. Just run to the end, jump in the portal, and you'll be in another map called Flourite Plains. Just explore from there.
