Title: Map crashes friends game

So, I have a problem, and its....A strange one xD!

I have this private map, I have quite a few friends that is able to get into it, and I updated it, gave it to all my friends, and all friends can get on it but one, it keeps crashing her game or giving her "bad token" over and over, shes reinstalled the game, I re-exported it and gave it to her and it still crashed her, I dont understand whats wrong because shes tried quite a few things, if you have anything to suggest, go for it! Im open to anything! Except redoing the map xD!

1. Her connection is weak; close any other programs/windows and have just FH running
2. What does the other kind of error say?

It usually says 'bad token' or 'cannot connect to map server'.

Mostly Bad Token. And I've moved my laptop to several different, and stronger, locations, such as right beside the motem. If i spelled that right...

I've tried it on different characters too. :| It used to work for me fine...
