Title: cannot log into game

I registered, activated my email, but it claims my user name, and password are invalid I did not use any symbols of anything just capital letters, and numbers. I even deleted, and recreated an account. what am I doing wronge?
also downloaded the game AND patch. do I need a separate account for the game?
plz help

No, you don't need a different account...Is caps on? You registered it right?

Check out everything in there. Does your new account capital letters and numbers as well? If so, delete that one and make a new one with none of those. Just lower case letters.
