Title: I can't log into the game.

Welcome. I've got a problem with logging into FH.
- the game window is open,
- I put correct name and password
- the game still show me : "Connecting to the front server." And that's all. Nevermind how long I have to wait it won't change.

I checked:
- my username is Kiara 0 and password have got only 8 letters. I was using the game some weeks ago, so I knot that they are working.
- I download yesterday new feralheart.exe and new patch from this site. Installation in default C://FeralHeart doesn't work the problem still is.
- I have got only windows "firewall"

What can I do? My friends can log onto my account so problem is with my computer...

What about the windows firewall, does it have an exception for feralheart.exe letting it connect to the interwebbzzz? You might have to re-add one.

My firewalll is always off.
it would be different if you had a symbol in your name/password though

As I said - my password and username worked in the past, and firewall is off.

Redownload the patch from this site again and try using torrent, chances you got a broken installer and it can't verify you got the correct version or maybe something preventing it from just running multiplayer.

I don't know to be sure actually, it might be some virusprogram like macfee that's blocking the game, it has happened before.

Ok, I downloaded files from torrent and made new installation but it worked when I turned off AVG 2011 - only antivitus that I have. I turn Commodo firewall (this program is normally off) and added FeralHeart.exe to "good programs" and... it worked :) Thanks for help!

im having problems logging on to the game it says that i have the wrong username or password but i know my username and password are wright please help anyone!

Try to change them here, on the forum account and try again get to the game.

I've got the same issue except mine just tells me that I have the wrong password or userame and I have triple checked... I don't.

I just keep getting locked out no matter how many times I enter it.

mine is doing the same =( i can log on when on the homepage so i know that my info is correct- but through the download its telling me that my username and/or password is incorrect.

what do i do?

My little sister made at first an acc on this game, and she could log in, now i made an acc too (this one) and i cant log in? D:
It says that i am banned for so many mins, and when i try it later it doesnt work again-_-

First off, how long was the ban?

and if it was your sister that made an account first, I spose you both you the same internet? In that case, if she broke the rules and got banned, you'd automatically be banned as well

As well as me. I was stuck in a black room on my other account so I made this one.. Now I can only log with the other account yet no matter what character I log on I'm stuck in a black room...I re-downloaded he game 3 times.

Do not use FH+

Remove the FH game both regular FH and FH+ by removing the folders for it.

Download and install the regular FH.

If still having issues, reset your home position and then go home.

Sorted.
