?The Black Spire?

Jeez, think I did it enough with that title? <.<'

So, what's Miss Kerrigan been up to? Oh, nothing much... Just been building this for the last few weeks. I didn't get it as big as I had planned, but I got annoyed with FH being tesy with me.

So... Just what is it? Well, for starters - it's a massive Spire with a citadel on the inside.It's inspiration comes from The Tattered Spire (http://fable.wikia.com/wiki/Tattered_Spire) levels of Fable II. Infact "Be patient - time has no meaning here..." is a line the Hero of Will, Garth, says to you while there. (I'm only linking to the Tattered Spire's wiki page, if you want to see what the inside looks like - youtube it. The Fable series is M-rated, and I'm not going to link a gameplay video here.) So, yes, inspired by The Tattered Spire - but the whole structure of it will be very different.

This is definately one of those maps you'll want to have Water Reflection "Off".

"Long ago, The Black Spire stood mighty and proud in the middle of the ocean. It stood as a shadow of a by-gone era, a beacon of the vanishing magic in the world, an example of... tall black spires that were ever-so popular back in those days. Then one day, no one quite knows why, it was abandoned. Alone, unmaintained, it sat in its sea-home for thousands of years until it was rediscovered quite recently and opened to the public. Because it's old and falling apart in some places - you'd be good to mind your step."

When I saw the title I was like meh wont be too bad then when I saw the creator Kerrigan. I was woah ANOTHER epic map from Kerrigan?

I have the latest patch, and I followed your instructions to the very letter.  So what could be wrong?

I want to see the map but when I installed it and went there all I saw was the entrance platform and a lot of water, nothing more. Any ideas as to how to fix this. I want to see the epicness

Secondly, is there -any- way to the top? I mean, I know you have that "broken" thing, but why put so much stuff up there if you can't get to it? I'd like to know, please. ^^;

@ Tiffy - Unless you do the "Print Screen" cheat to the edge of the Spire, no. And even then the game will kick you below the map if you jump while up there. I'd actually put all that stuff up there before I realized that the game doesn't let your character go above a certain height... So other than take it all down - I put cookies there. XD

thanks, now another question. How did you get the music on the map? I've been told you can only get music by attaching it as a sound on an object.

So uhm as you know I love all your maps including this one. I F3'd to see the part you can't get up to and it's such a shame that up there went to waste. I was thinking it would be cool if you made this like Ife in Darklore like a portal take you up higher and stuff I mean I know its to high and a portal may not help it but maybe make a separate thing so its not to high idk..I think it would be cool and fix the problem of not being able to get up to that amazing spot!

No, it's an imposed limit by the game itself. I can't turn it off. :<

Sorry. I wish I could turn off the height limit, but it's imposed by the game itself. :<

Nice map! And the reason why I quoted Zodiac's post is cause I LOVE his/her signature. Also make his/her herm that's what I say for a unknown gender. XD
