Title: still can't log in

i just installed the new patch but i still can't login. i've tryed everything i've checked everything.i even tryed to make a new account but my emails already known and i can still log in to the site.i took out the numbers in my password to no luck.
pls help.

Try typing it very very slowly you might be having a typeing error, Maybe just maybe the wrong pass

After you type in your username and password, does it tell you to download the new patch? Or does it just say "invalid"?

it says user name not known and 5 times will get me a 15 min band. i've tryed every thing they tell me but nothing working.

i cant log in either :'( but it tells me to go to www.feralheart.com (http://www.feralheart.com) and download the latest patch when i already downloaded the newest patch

ok i just downloaded the patch again and THE NEWEST FH IS TOTALLY AWESOME!!!

but can you log in to the game?

been unable to login sense i got here.
