Well, at first I thought it was just a few maps. After installing v1.07, I noticed that it had messed with some of the maps that I had made. It placed randomly-textured random water planes in maps where they shouldn't be. Thinking it was just a bug, I deleted those planes and went on with my life...
But now I open FH to see this:

(Ignore the way the text is, it's like that on my computer because it's hot out and my compy is somewhat overheating in this terrible weather. IT'S NOT A GRAPHICS PROBLEM.)
Something funky's happened to Watermill, for some reason. I don't mess around with Watermill. I honestly don't use it outside of the sky/weather/cycle maker and the main screen.
This is how it looks when I open it in MapMaker:

Ideas, guys?

I got the opposite. I'm trying to make a new map and the map maker keeps putting objects into the new map.

@ Dea - I'm only having that problem with it adding random water planes. But then THIS happened. ^.^'

Mine's doing something similar to this...but it deleted (deleted meaning that none of them will show up no matter what I do to them) all the terrain mask layers of every map in the game as well. lol so I'm afraid I'm no help either. ^_^;

I'd get new WaterMill files. o.o

Try the new 1.08 patch, maybe it would make a difference?

I know for sure there was a bug showing up in the map maker after the latest updates. But you shouldn't edit watermill in the map maker in any way really, so you do it on your own risk.
Map maker has been acting weird lately when just making maps in general, so it can be something related of course.
I'd get the original files for the watermill map as ruby mentioned.
