Title: I Can't Log On To The Game

I can Log On to the Site, But when I turn on the game, And try to Log On, I start typing into the bars, But it comes out Numbers instead of Letters, I don't know how to fix this. Everything is numbers, Letters are random Numbers, Numbers are Random Numbers, So I can't put in my password, OR my Username!
Help?
