Title: Im stuck in a rock and I cant get out

I was on Feral-Heart (The game) when suddenly i sinked into the rock i was on and i cant get out! I tried logging out and logging back in but i was still inside the rock! Please help me, What do i do? :'(

Press the feather Icon, then go home. And you will go back to the center of bonfire.

You can try to jump and press PrtSc and jump, that working for me when im stuck
