Title: Dude... Where's my cursor?

Well, I decided to readjust the game-screen size, but when I got to full screen, I couldn't minimize the game or force it to minimize by pressing the little Windows icon button on my keyboard that brings up the start menu automatically.  So, I used the Task Menu to end the program and adjusted the game-screen size and when I launched the game, it came up looking like half of all the graphics had vanished and I could no longer see my cursor.

So, I went back down to 800x600, and launched it again, figuring the game couldn't handle being so large or something, but then, even /more/ of the graphics seemed to have vanish and I still couldn't see my cursor!

Will I have to reinstall my game, and if so... Will I lose the characters I've made so far?

Go into your game directory on your harddrive, find the file called ogre.cfg and open it with wordpad.

Once inside of it, make sure the top row says this.

Render System=Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem

after you have changed it, save the txt and launch the game again.

You should be able to see the cursor.

Ah! Got it back in working order now! Thank you /so/ much, it looks fantastic once more.  ?

I think you set it to the other rendering mode when you diddled around with the settings. Most computers should be able to take the full screen just fine.

If you are unsure about the resolution, look on the display settings setting by right clicking the desktop and you will see what the max range for your screen is.

Actually I have the same problem but mine isnt in full screen and it also doesn't let me see the cursor and I have done what you said it just doesn't work.... Could you help me o,^,o
