Title: Can't Run

OK, I got stuck in a rock  ::) and someone who was in with me told me to press 'q' and 'print screen' I did a few times and it did get me out, but now when I'm running using the arrow keys or letter keys (even mouse) I can't turn while running (you know, I can only run in a straight line) :/
Heeeeelp...?

Press control and it should fix it.
