I am in dear need of help. when i log into the website it works fine, but then when i try and log into the game it says "incorrect username or password" and then the ban thing. I just dont get it, because i have literally tried everything. my firewall isnt blocking it, i have made a new account twiced and am all out of email adresses, and i have double and triple checked it in the log in. i have also tried changing my password and username, but that doesnt work either. nothing in my account now has caps or werid things in it like @#$%^&. I am seriously stumped. for the dear love of god please someone help me or i might go insane.

You have numbers in your password? FH doesn't pick up numpad, so stick to the numbers above the keyboard. Also, changing your user and password does nothing, you have to stick with teh user and password you registered with.

Why don't you try answering if you have numbers in your password like I asked the person before hand? Reading the answers before your post is a wise idea, that way you don't have to ask and get the answer.

Any Symbols like !@#$?

Also check it for special signs or letters a normal english keyboard doesn't have.
Sometimes you just have to create a new account.

i tried the new account thing, it didnt work either, my password is CORRECT same as my username but when i type in koji the i and j are really close to eachother

i have checked all of that stuff, as i mentioned before there is nothing in either except lower case letters
