Title: Is this game free?

I know it's silly question but i would like to know.
By the way, i've heard making your own presets cost money. Is it true?

  It's completely and utterly free. You don't have to pay to make your own presets. Otherwise you would have to pay XD You might be a little confused about that though, there was discussion on having to pay to put presets on the server, but 1. that's not implemented, and 2. Even if it was it's optional and affects nothing.
