NEW MARKINGS ON LAST PAGE
New Lion Roar Sound. This sound is for the felines. Its more on the realistic side. I'll put up 2 downloads. 1 with the new feline sound and 1 with the old so if people dont like it they can go back. The animation now goes with the Roar. what i mean is its mostly insync with the animation. Hopefully. Tell me what you think of the lion Roar? Is it better then the old one?
INSTRUCTIONS:
When the file is downloaded open it up until you come across the roar1.mp3 file. Copy it and place it in the location below
C:\FeralHeart\media\sounds
It will ask if you want to overwrite click yes. (you can backup your old one if you dont want to. But the backup will be already up for download.)

I have dwnloaded it, but my pc cannot find them. What can i do?

is your pc Windows xp,windows 7,vista or mac?
If its windows xp it should normally place the downloaded folder on the desktop if you want it to go there, however if you just randomly said download then i guess the default destination for the downloaded file to go would be in your documents area.
to find My documents you can either click on 'My Computer' It should say something like 'My Documents'. If it does click it.
or you could just click the start button at the bottom left side of your screen, My documents name should be there too. If so click that.
If you havent set a destination for downloaded files to go onto your desktop then in the My Documents place they'll be.

where do i put the emotes can you give me instructions

i downloaded the emotes and they don't work i replaced them with the old emotes and it doesn't show me and options to do the certain emotes

codan thats why they probably arent working. These emotes are for the older version of FH if you want them to work with V1.09 you'll have to read carefully because by the sounds of it you've rubbed over the newer emotes.
Go to your FH folder and look for the emotes.cfg file. Open it with notepad. Now get rid of all the emotes in there.Once you've done that copy and paste the emotes below in the emotes.cfg you've just wiped clean.

the Roar, for 'realistic' lion- isn't a lion :/ it's at least a tiger.. sounds like one, Lions make more almost plain, almost howl- or bear like roars, expecially when announceing their terratory.. it's really good sound, nice and clear, but I don't think you should call it 'lion' roar...
(sorry if I'm sounding like a troll- I don't mean to- I just have this thing for detail and neatness :-[)

when lions announce their territory they use a different type of roar. This tells other lions that this territory belongs to him. Studies have also been shown that other prides normally join in when they hear another pride male making this sound. When rogue males hear this they can normally pin point where the pride males are at that time. The roar i used was more like an aggression type roar.

However the roar i used for the game seems to A:Fit the animation that kov has done and B:There has been lions that make this roar before. I've mainly seen it on TV. But yes if you look hard enough you can find lions that will do this. This roar definiatly sounds more lion to me then tiger.
The one kov added to the game was infact from a tiger. It was from the game Wildlife Park 2.

thats where the emotes.cfg is. It should look like a file you cant open at first. However right click on it and say open with. Then click notepad. Then the codes go in there.

you open it with notepad. Right click on the file you want to open. Look for a button that says Open With. Click it. Then click on notepad. It should then open

Notepad should come with every system, its basically what the name says a NOTEPAD. you can type in it. Notepad is also used for Material files and also used to add codes in for maps. So yes its basically a word program.

@Starblood: Try opening it with windows word 2007 see if it brings up the coding

Cat markings, Magpie markings (bird), and where it starts dark at the back and fades down into the stomach. ^-^

I'll try and do some cat markings.For the shiba inu markings people could use the rottweiler markings since they look resemble eachother. And the Rottweiler is done

Ok I have the roar (new one, and it is awsome!!!) But I cant hear it in the game all I hear is the old on :/ what did I do wrong? I did everything you said to do.
