Hello sor,
Where about dose it drop out is it when you load up the game or while loading a map such as Bonfire?
Also What's your Internet connection speed like? I once had the same problem while using wifi. you may find that it drops out while loading.

its when i try and login i cant even get to the part when i pick a charrie
and its pretty good it may lag here and there but its been perfectly fine for a while.

It sounds like a connection problem, did you install anything before the problem arose?
You may need to Check the game configuration, check how it's configured to connect to Internet, whether it's direct Internet connection or via proxy or other settings, check any wrong configuration.
The issues you are having can be caused by many issues so I would first is to disable the firewall incase that was blocking it.
I would like you to do these following commands please and after the 2nd one restart your computer and retry.
Select Start and goto run
In the run box type "netsh int ip reset" without quotation marks and press enter
Next select Start and goto run
In the run box type "netsh winsock reset" without quotation marks and press enter
Now restart your computer
They will not do anything which will cause harm.
netsh int ip reset
This command will reset the internet protocol. (TCP/IP)
netsh winsock reset
This command will reset/repair your winsock entries.
