My firend has made an account 3 times but every time it says "Failed to connect to front server". Any advice?

Try restarting the computer and internet modem. If this doesn't work, try moving to where you get a better connection (if it's wireless) or moving the cords around a bit. Last resort would to uninstall and reinstall the game. That fixes most problems, although this one sounds like a connection issue and not an issue with the game itself.

Your friends Firewall might not accept FH connections.
