Im not sure about getting this game yet. I was wondering if you can fight or hunt lol or is it worth getting it anyways.

No, you can't. But it will be added in the future. This game is still in it's very early stages, due to peoples imaptience. But waiting for hunting and fighting will take a while, the creator is doing other junk right now. Download and test it for yourself, no one can dictate if it's worth playing.
