Game Help / Error message when I try to download game?

So I had to delete Fh because I stuffed something up and I was trying to download it, but each time I did this message kept popping up. I've never had any trouble before with the download, and I've never seen this message before.  I click okay, and then nothing else happens and I even tried just clicking the x button and I still am unable to complete the download. Anyone know what's wrong?

Hia! some of you  may know that I hav not been using my accout due to some real life problems and stuff... and while I was away I let my little sister use my account since her one was not working (so she says away). But I'm back now and I WILL BE USINF THIS ACCOUT NOT MY SIS!  :P Though I may be not as active I used to be because of some things at home and stuffy stuff (you floofs need not know- I'm pretty sure you wont want to).
