Game Help / Presets have black blurs??

I'm making a preset and it has blurry black pixels around colors that are next to each other. How the heck do I fix this?

Game Help / Height Map Keeps Crashing!

I've made height maps before, and they've always worked. The last 2 height maps I have made have crashed in the Map Maker and I don't know why. It's in grayscale mode, it's 513x513, and it's png.

Game Discussion / Remembering my Noob Characters (WARNING: Bright Neon Colors, Shield Your Eyes!)

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Fellow Ferals! I was just hanging out with my friends at The Grounds and we were discussing the good old days when we were new to Feral Heart. I mentioned how I remember how terrible my characters were, and I got the idea to share my burdens! xD So I've recreated some of my noob characters I can remember from 2011 when I first started playing the game.


WARNING: UGLY NEON CHARACTERS COMING, GUARD YOUR EYES!!



1. The American Doge

Oh...boy... I remember this one. When I think of "bad characters", this one always pops up in my head first.
I actually thought this was a cool character, but now I think I dodged a bullet there because I'm not blind! :D
Basic Marble2 markings. :p

2. The Guardian Warrior Thing

Oooh! This was always my favorite. Even though I completely stole it from some random person I saw in Last Cave.
But, the whole "completely black pelt" thing just don't work anymore... It's like a black version of someone w/o mass
markings. (No racism intended)

3. The Wounded Demon

Haha... I made this for my "mate" I met in Last Cave. We were twins. c: But hey, at least I didn't use bright red.

4. The Chocolate Lollipop

Well, I was craving chocolate and lollipops when I created her. So I just...Well, I brought my hunger to life! :>

5. The "If Spyro Was A (Ugly) Wolf"

Oh dear... This was the first character I had ever made using mass markings... It was a total fail as you can see.

Welp, those were my horrible characters! Which one do you think is the worst? Share your own character fails with me so I don't feel alone xD

Media / Questions About Lineart:)

Hello everyone! I love to draw, especially on the computer! I would never want to use lineart from DeviantArt and not take credit for it.
99% of my artwork on DeviantArt is lineart I got from someone else and traced it, but don't worry: I always link back to their account and let everyone know that the lineart belongs to them.

My question is:
I cannot, under any circumstances, draw without looking off of something. Sure I could look off a real photograph of a dog or something, but it's easier for me to draw when I'm looking off of lineart.

If I am drawing something on paper while looking off of an image on Google, would it be considered as my lineart? I didn't trace it or anything. My final artwork of MY lineart may look identical to the one I looked off of.

So, would it be my lineart? Since I didn't trace it. Or would I still have to credit the person I looked off of?

Game Help / Map Maker: Spawning on ceiling -.-

Ugh. I'm getting really annoyed now. I've been messing around with the arrival yaw for an hour and whenever I go into game, exit the map and reenter, I always spawn in the same exact place no matter where I put the arrival yaw! I have a portal in a map and I put the arrival yaw (at the ground where I wanted to arrive so I just typed in that arrival yaw) and whenever I go into the map, I spawn on the CEILING, no matter how many times I change the arrival yaw! How do I fix this for crying out loud!?!

Work In Progress Maps & Map Discussion / Ideas for Cave Map?

Not sure if this topic goes here, but oh whale. Anyway, I'm making a cave map for my pack and I want it to be cool. xD And I don't really know what to put in it. What kinds of things would you see in a cave?

Game Help / Objects Disappearing -.-

Ok, so I have some Acia Trees in my map ((at least in Map Maker.)). I also have some Small Rocks in my map ((at least in Map Maker)). When I click TEST, everything looks good - everything shows up. However, when I log into the game and visit the actual map, some of my objects just poof - they're gone, invisible, nowhere to be found. This only happens ((so far, at least)) to the Acia Trees and Small Rocks. This is very frustrating because they show up in Map Maker. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hello! I have a quick question regarding Object Maker. I'm making a den, or using the den from "MyStructures" in game and I was wondering how to get like, dangling grass from the top of it? You know the portals in Ficho Tunnels how there is grass dangling from the top? I want to do that for one of my caves. Anyone know how to do that? I thought you would use Vines, but putting a hundred Vines on at a time seems a little tedious, or would you use some sort of Grass? Some help would be great! ^^
