I need help please. My mom's computer doesn't have a Local disc. How can I still play it and transfer items and marking when it doesn't have a local disc?

Game Help / Failed to connect to map

So I just installed Torrent and the new game update. So I log in and use one of my chars. It loads but says it failed to connect to map! Halp!

So I was on FH yesterday and the yellow bars for my chars info weren't there! so I just thought "Meh maybe they'll be there tommorow." Ok so they are there but now the Key emote Number thing that's next to the emotes in the emote sections not there! What do I do?
