Me's glad that proved to be the solution!
Aye, I used to think the same so just remember that any manually downloaded presets that are not in the sync go in the PrivatePresets folder rather than the default location of presets. There should be no more presets disappearing, now but if it ever happens again, feel free to seek assistance.

Quick question: Do you have the Preset Sync?
If you do, try downloading the presets and placing them over into the PrivatePresets folder. If one places presets into the default presets folder when having the sync installed, the sync tends to munch any presets that haven't been uploaded to the sync unless they are placed in the PrivatePresets folder.

Hello,
What you need to do is double-click on the person be it by clicking on their character or double-clicking their name in the chat. Their information should pop up (biography, username, etc.) where you will then find an option that reads "Invite to Group." It should be located underneath the "Send Friend Request" option but I could be mistaken via precise location as I am not in-game at the moment to check for myself.

Methinks there's nothing that can be done. Blocking the user is probably the best thing you can do.
There are trolls and users out there that can get on one's nerves but without solid evidence of specifically breaking the listed rules, it falls onto the choice of the user to block and/or ignore them.
