My characters bio and group problem

When I type a bio for some of my characters it normally ends up dissapearing and I have to type it all out again; I think I must be doing something wrong but I just can't figure it out. Also, a similar thing happens to the group's I'm in - I play on my character in it's group, log out and when I log back in again it says that I don't have a group when I go on the same character. Some help please? thx

When I have write my bio I always click on enter. And if I have a slow connection or if it lags in a map it takes a while for my bio to show up. And it can disappear when you switch map.
If this happens, try to just log out and then in again.

And that a group disappear is a glitch :3

When the group creator creates the group, they need to log out for a few minutes, and if they ever crash, they need to stay logged out for a while too. That'll stop the group from deleting itself.
