Feral Heart is slow in a part<<

I enter the Feral Heart, normal, everything runs perfect, I go on the island and only the right wheel well, it goes fast, but when I turn the screen to the left side is where the lions and foxes begins to catch, it will slow I think it's the amount of people, but please if you tell me a solution!   

 Please help me

It's just lag, when you turn try to steer your camera down so you dont look at them and catch the lag, OR use f3 to camera away from the lag.

Yes its just lag. You can just move your camera away or just move away from the lag. (Move character)
