All sorts of canines, ranging from dogs to wolves, from newborns to elders, have been locked away in a laboratory for years. The humans there did terrible experiments on them and kept them living in poor conditions. The canines developed different mutations, diseases, and injuries there, either due to the experiments taking a direct effect on them or having the traits passed down from their parents. A majority of the canines even were killed, some during the tests, some after a while due to the chemicals, or some of them even purposely killed themselves in some way to escape the horrors. Then one day, the humans were distracted, and one group of canines was able to escape. This group was separated from the other group, due to their rabid and bloodthirsty nature. These canines were very dangerous, and the humans didn't make much of an effort to re-capture them. They later formed the Pembe Pack, and they now reside near the rainforest and desert. Then, a while later, the other group was able to attack the humans and escape. They became the Rockland Pack, a much more peaceful pack. Now, these different canines have banded together into two packs (and a group of rogues) and are trying to survive in this strange, new world known as the wild.
The Test Errors is a new group run by DarkkyTheCat (Darkky_cat on here) and Devynex (Turtlex on here). We are:
Semi-Literate | We will want at least 2 sentences per post, but we don't want a 20 page essay either. Please do not use txt tlk and try to have correct grammar, capitalization, etc. Also, no wolfspeak terms please.
Semi-Realistic | Please have semi-realistic characters! Have realistic colors at least, slightly odd colors can only be used if you have some sort of fur mutation or such. This does not mean you will have a full body neon character, maybe a few dull red spots on your back or something. Roleplaywise, we want mostly realistic roleplaying, but we won't be too strict.
Mapped | You need to be able to download a map in order to join.
Sited | We have a site for organizational purposes and such, and you'll need to look at the threads there in order to join. (You don't have to make an account on the site, but it is suggested that you do!) This is posted at the bottom of the thread.
We allow most types of canines, but canines ONLY. You can join as a canine in the Rockland Pack, the most gentle and cooperative pack; the Pembe Pack, the bloodthirsty and violent pack; the Rogues, a group of loners who have banded together; or just as a loner who roams the land alone.
Rules for Joining:-No Godmodding or Powerplaying.
-No killing another person's character without permission.
-Please respect other people, and do not cause any OOC drama. (In character drama is alright
)
-Please try to stay active.
-Please limit your swearing, IC and OOC. F-Bombs and S-Bombs are NOT ALLOWED.
-Do not beg to be staff. Hashiyan (DarkkyTheCat) and Rafej (Devynex) are the only staff currently, and we will decide who can be trusted enough to become a staff member.
-Try to keep away from wolfspeak terms.
-'Mutations' does not equal 'powers'.
-OOC, go and explore the map as much as you want. What harm is there in exploring the other pack's camp?
-IC, you can still go to the other pack's territory. But, you must get the permission of an alpha or beta to do so... you won't get punished if you leave without permission, though. If needed you can be kicked from the pack, but you won't get kicked from the group, no worries! You can even rejoin the pack, or go off to join the opposing pack or the rogues.
-You don't need to follow the alpha's orders in-game. It's preferred you do, or what was said above may happen. But you can disobey the alpha for an extra bit of drama.
-Do follow the 'alpha's orders when OOC. If Darkky or Devynex tell you to stop acting a certain way or to do something, do it.
-No sparkledogs. Have only somewhat realistic colors unless you have a reason such as a fur mutation.
-You must be realistically sized. Wolves would be default or a bit bigger, coyotes a bit smaller than default. Pups would be the bars all the way down or a bit bigger depending on species and such. No XXXXL monster titan fire-breathing pups please and thank you
-Canine species only. No kitty-cats.
-No angel or demon or son of zeus or mighty god characters. please and thank you
-Use the canine model unless given permission to use the feline model. (For certain dog breeds and such.)
-NO WINGS.
-No cat tails.
-Have whatever eye color you want, realistic or not. Rainbow colored eyes or pitch black demon eyes might be a bit too extreme, though.
