"This land was once a rather grand one.
Trees gleamed with light, and seemed to shimmer in the bright gaze of dawn.
Now this place is rather dark. Creatures have left. The glows that once made this place a lovely sight have dimmed, making it seem unwelcoming, almost frightening. What horrible force has caused all of this?"

WELCOME TO THE MOUSSEUX LANDS!
It may sound rather unwelcoming, but this place has plenty to discover and explore!
You may search the many different maps, and maybe even learn things you never wanted to know about the Lands. Hints on the dark past of this place are scattered all around, waiting to be discovered. Learn about the life that once survived here, in the ruins of old buildings. Find hidden places to explore, whether these places be safe, or the very opposite.
You get to discover it all!

LIL INFORMATION TIDBITS
The Mousseux Lands is a map pack that I've been working on for about a month now. It will contain AT LEAST +7 maps. I'm not going to tell you exactly how many, as some of them are "secret maps." I want you to find these for yourself. These maps will all be different, each giving away different parts of the Lands' history. From frozen, unforgiving tundra to scorching, barren deserts, there is plenty to see in this map pack!
I am going to admit that this map pack is nowhere NEAR finished. I have only started on one of MANY maps to come. Yet, I DO have a release date set for this map pack, so you all can have the day to look forward to.

The screenshot features my character, Lueura. I made her preset, which glows, AND is animated!

WELCOME TO MY PRESET THREAD!

I hope you enjoy what I've got here! Feel free to take a glance at the request area!

INFORMATION
1. Requesting a preset on here is FREE! I do charge points on DeviantArt, but I'll do them for free here on the forum.
2. I do not own any of the textures used in my presets. They are either free ones I found on DeviantArt, or textures that were purchased.
3. I've been making presets for a long time, so I know the little tricks and codes needed to get the preset you want.
4. Please realize that making your preset request can take me between 5-10 days. I've got a life outside of Feral Heart.

RULES
1. Do NOT sell or give away a preset I made specifically for YOU. If someone wants a preset from me, they can request it themselves. It doesn't cost them anything to come over to my thread and post a request.
2. Please give me credit when you use the preset on your character. Do not claim that you made it yourself.
3. If you know you will probably never use a preset, please no not request one. I don't want to make something that you'll only let sit in your computer.
4. I'd prefer if no major changes are made to the preset once I give it to you. I don't want something I worked long and hard on being completely changed up. You should've just made it yourself if you're going to do that.
5. PLEASE, be patient with me while I'm doing your request, and treat me with a little respect. I'm taking time out of my day to do this for you.
6. You are welcome to make minor changes to the presets, like adding scars.
7. You are limited to having ONE slot at a time for a preset.

WHAT I CAN DO
Two-sided presets!
This makes it so the right and left side of your preset look different! This is great for scars.

Complicated designs and markings!
I can do things from neat, fantasy designs to realistic cat or wolf pelts!

Bi-color eyes!
Have different colored eyes on your character!

Transparent parts!
Make part of your character invisible! Good for missing limbs and such.

Translucent parts!
Makes it so you can partially see through your character!

Glowing markings!
Your character can stand out with bright, glowing markings.

Scrolling markings!
Makes the markings on your character move / scroll!

Realistic designs!
I can do things like realistic wolves, dogs, or house cats. You name it.

Different textures!
I have a number of different textures you may choose from for your preset!

Scars or burns!
Want your canine or feline to look cool with scars and burns? I can add that on!

Coming soon: Pick your texture!
At the moment, I don't have pictures up so you can choose your texture, as I have many different ones to use. I'll be adding pictures onto this thread soon to show people the textures they may choose from when requesting a preset from me!

Game Help / Private Map Issues

Hello! c:

I've recently been managing a new, private RP in a map made by myself!
This map took me a good 7 months, and contains quite a large amount of meshes.
The map has worked perfectly fine up until a few days ago.

A few other members and I were trying to log into the map, but every time we did, it would tell us, "Failed to connect to map server."

None of us are sure why this may be happening, as nothing was changed within our files, or with the map.
Yes, we have tried reinstalling it, deleting everything else in exports, and changing our rendering option.

We simply CANNOT think of anything else to do, and since I worked so much on this map, I am extremely worried.

If ANYONE has any suggestions, I would be forever grateful!

Game Help / Screwed up my grass

I've been working on a new map recently, and downloaded a new grass mesh. I accidentally replaced my default grass. I tried to change it back, but it did not work.

I went from having grass that looked like this:

To this:

If anyone has a way I can get my original grass back, I'd be very happy! ;u;

Game Help / Markings creation problem

Alrighty.
I recently began making markings, mostly for felines, since that is the type of character I spend a majority of my time on.
Yet, I ran into a problem. I included screenshots so it's easier to tell what is going on.


I finished up the markings for feline head, in Adobe Photoshop CS6.


So, I went to Save As, and saved the file into FeralHeart>>Media>>Textures , and saved it with the name, Testing.


Next, I went over to the main Feral Heart Folder.


Got up the Markings.cfg document in Word Pad.


Opened it, and put in what I think is the correct coding.


I went to Feral Heart, logged in, went to character creator, markings, head, and scrolled all the way down, clicked on my markings, but as you can see, it appears as one of the default markings of Feral Heart, clearly not the one I made.

If anyone knows why this is happening, or how I can fix it, please tell me, it'd be great.

I am actually not at all new to the game of Feral Heart, as this year will be my 2nd.
Yet, I am new to the forum, and I've decided to try and get more involved with the website part of this community.
So, I just wanted to say hello to get myself a good start, I'm looking forward to being here on the forum. c:
