Taka, the Forgotten Prince....

Taka, other known as Scar, the one famous for killing Mufasa, his own brother. But is that all he really is? Or is he much more than that?  
     As a child, Taka was just a carefree and curious as any other young lion. He wanted to grow up to be just like his father, but fate told him otherwise. He lived on Pride Rock, and loved to play with all of the other cubs, and would give anything to romp about on the savanna all day long, getting in and out of trouble with him and his brother, Mufasa. Both boys had a certain someone on their minds, unfortunatly, it just happened to be the same lioness. Sarabi. His scar was from a wandering buffalo, but would have been more if his father, Ahadi, had not rescued him. Taka was again devistated when it turned out that Mufasa was to be the future king, and not him. He wanted so badly to be the ruler, and though his mother's words comforted him --they always had-- his dreams had been crushed, he was only the king's brother. Mufasa had stolen everything from him. His dreams, the one he loved,-- Sarabi--, his fathers love, everything.

I have heard this story except in the version I heard, Taka got his scar because he went out and played with the hyenas in the Elephant's graveyard, and when Ahadi found out he hit Taka (I think?), and also there was another lioness who was in love with Taka but he didn't notice her or something. I can't remember very well xD

I always wondered about how Scar was like as a child, I never heard anything about it xD

I heard, well, not really heard but read... saw... whatever... in a comic on DA that Taka used to look up to Mufasa, or "Muffy", as he was reffered to in said comic. But Taka was bullied by Sarafina(Nala's mother) and Muffy because he was smaller and weaker than them due to the fact the he was born prematurely. Sarabi actually kinda liked him.  I'll get a link and post it here when I can if you'd like, it's really cool. ^~^

i get all my info from youtube. i researched some more about taka and at the end,i was almost in tears. ill put a video or two up on here about taka's childhood.
