I will have to agree with Warrior. I also didn't know what was N/Z until yesterday.

-Disabling a few of the chat options  (the little arrow that shows you a list of the chats)

-The name tagging- I didn't know you could change the size or hide them xD

I usually catch on to games pretty quickly, and I got a good explanation/trial of the game from one of my real life buds, but I still John Cena'd a few times.
I had NO CLUE what presets were and I thought they were some custom thing that only you could see and were pointless, but after a good talk with some of my more experienced friends, I realized their value. I also was a bit confused of screenshots of people with custom emotes, especially the glitchy ones.
