They are animals. Why must we project the human standards of masculinity and femininity onto them?

Most animals in real life don't look "feminine"/"masculine". They look like animals. Some species have ways to tell the difference (such as lions) but many (such as most canines) the only way you can really know if said animal is female or male is by looking at it's genitals. Some animals (like some species of penguin) you can't actually tell unless you do a DNA test or have a vet look at the internal genitals with an ultrasound.

So no, nether model looks feminine or masculine, nor should they. They are animals.

As jessica had mentioned, the canine model can be toggled with, making the nuzzle shorter, ears smaller, and the body much leaner (slimer). Whereas the canine can be toggled with to add the mane and change the size to make the male look more dominant.

So For me it is kind of neutral but the feline looks more female because you start off with a feline without a mane, and lionesses don't have manes.
