Have you tried logging in on http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php ?
You need to do so in order for it to work. I suggest using firefox.
Keep in mind that you need to wait 30-60 seconds for it to register that you're logged on.
Don't use proxy settings, otherwise you won't be allowed in.

Please do not use this thread as a help thread.
Use the Help board if you're having more trouble.

By "stretched out characters" they mean characters that have been scaled out of proportion to what normal characters on FH look like. Here's an example.

Thank you all so much for working so hard on this!! The hassle of playing is hardly amounting to the effort that the staff is putting into making the game back to normal for all of us. You've no idea how much I missed FH in the days it was down completely, and my friend and I were ecstatic to have it back up and running! The staff here really is under-appreciated, they do so much for us that we can't even realize. Thank you all <3
