Game Help / Help! >o< The game keeps crashing on my friend ~_~

SO I have a friend I've been trying 2 get into Feralheart but everytime she tries 2 play it... It crashes in like 2 minutes O.o
It dosen't leave any kind of error message, it just closes! We've checked for duplicates in her files, we've checked her rendering subsystem, we uninstalled and reinstalled the game, we've ran it as administrator, we allowed it past her Firewall, we've tried EVERYTHIIIIING >_< But it still won't work! Any advice? O.o
