k so i was going onto play fh and i was gunna load my preset. Well, when i opened preset maker the background was BLACK everything was there but the background. i could stil play the game, i could still make a character but the bacgground for character picker and preset maker are BLACK

This isn't uncommon, I promise. I had to reinstall FH... (sad to say) So if you do resort to reinstalling make sure you've made a back-up file for everything. That also happens on FH+, so don't use that if you are.
