Worlds/Lands/Maps?

How many worlds R there? U no the worlds like temple of dreams and cape of distants worlds, etc. So:
How many? What's there names? How do I get to them?

There is like 5 I think?

Bonfire island : you start there
Ficho Tunnel: Portal on teh side of teh cliff in Bonfire
Flourite Plains: At the end of Ficho tunnel
Cape of Distant worlds: in teh island in Flourite plains.
Temple of dreams: At ther top of the ring platforms in Flourite.

Also, you can download maps...There's explanations in the maps section. It's quite easy and you have more places to explore and roleplay.
