red-nosed Item Request :3

Ok this is mah first time requesting an item, and I had this idea for so long I can never get to make a item because i'll be terrible at it, not even knowing how to make an item o.o. I'm unsure if this request is possible or not but is there a chance that a red-nosed item can be created? Not that it has to glow/shine e.t.c but is it possible? If so can someone create one for me because I am needing to have a pawesome item like that @.@. If it is so I will credit you thankies ^_^ *and if u say yes its possible and you make the request you can either post the link below or PM me the link*
