(Lynxes :0)

Mortikai snorted as cold water pounded his legs. The salmon would be coming up river soon. But not all of them would be coming back. He growled at another Kodiak bear. It snarled at him and left. Mortikai was a powerful bear, and not many challenged him. Suddenly he heard the small pounding of tails and tail strokes. The fish were here. He readied himself, and suddenly hundreds of fish flashed up the waterfall near him. Mortikai caught a large one, and another small one. He walked off with his catches, and placed them on land. Both the fish jumped around for a bit, then died. He tore one open, and gobbled it up. He quickly finished off the other. He ran back to the river, but sadly the fish were gone. He snorted and went upstream to find another waterfall.

Moving their wings into the position to glide downward the two snowy owls got closer to the caribou herd. "They're pretty big beasts aye?" Hemmal asked Tennas. As they passed over a river a giant grizzly was hunting.
"Whoa! See that beast! I bet he could take out any one of them!" Hemmal's eyes were wide in awe as the brown giant devoured two fish. Not wanting to be the next meal he flew a little higher. They passed over the bear and continued to make their way over to the herd.

The fea crept closer to the herd, her fur brushing against the ground. Her breathing was silent, and her heart pounded in her ears. There was now only a thick bush between her and the closest of the caribou, she unsheathed her paws and got ready to pounce. She bared her teeth menacingly and began to creep sideways, out of the shelter of the bushes.

As the two owls neared the caribou herd, Hemmal noticed a darker and smaller shape moving out of they cover of the bushes. "Hey look at that thing!'
"That's a wolf Hemmal, haven't you ever seen one before?" Tennas informed him.
"Nope I haven't and it looks like it's gonna catch one of them hoofed beasts." he spoke in concern. His expression looked worried.
"They are her lemmings. She has to eat them to survive. Usually you'd see a few more wolves when hunting the hoofed beasts. Maybe it's a loner." Tennas wondered about the canine creeping closer to the herd. They hovered above the hunting scene watching with wide eyes.

Deidre lifted his head from grazing. The wind carried wolf scent, and it was dreadfully close. He lifted a hoof, and sniffed the wind more, just too make sure he wasn't imagining it. The wolf was still there. He looked to the side, seeing the dark female canine. He bellowed and his herd looked up suddenly, and the calves were escorted to the middle. Deidre scraped the ground, his antlers pointing directly at the wolf.

Renn took no notice of the bull's actions and slowly began to shift sideways to face the back of the herd. She kept an eye on the bull, bending her legs to get ready to pounce. Her eyes rested on a calf that was pushed slightly out of the huddle, she almost smiled. The dark fea sped up into a trot and began to circle her prey, like a hawk. This helped to confuse them, and make them get the wrong idea.

Deidre watched the wolf. He didn't notice the calf that was on the outter side of the huddle. He tensed his legs, ready to charge if the wolf attacked. Deidre got nervous. If she was circling, there must be more wolves. He looked behind him, and beside him, before looking back at the wolf.

At the moment the bull looked away, the fea lunged at the calf. She unsheathed her claws, pushing her strong back legs off of the ground. She was slightly off-balance so that she wasn't sure if she would get a direct hit, but she bared her teeth, she flew through the air for a moment before landing just inches away from the calf's rear.

Sunny laid casually in a patch of snow a larger bank hiding him from the herd of caribou, even though he could see him he was almost positive the hooved animals couldn't see him. He bent over and took a bite of one of the couple of rabbits he had caught earlier that morning. Lifting his head back up he saw a fea circling the herd. The brute chuckled "This should be good." then inched closer wanting a better look.

ACCOUNT MOVED  http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&action=profile
Reasons for moving
- I hated my name
- Whirrbee was an oc of mine and he was the worst character I've ever made.
- Seeing the name made me annoyed
I changed it to something I'd love forever so I won't move again.

As the wolf lunged the herd screamed and bellowed, moving in every direction. Diedre tried to seek out the wolf in the commotion. He then saw the calf struggling to escape the wolf's grasp. He lunged and attempted to swing his large curved antlers at the wolf.
