FH Map Maker Crashing?

Every time I try to submit a map (I've never made one on this computer), and it doesn't work.

I use PaintToolSAI, but it's just like all those other photo editors I see out there, so I don't see why it wouldn't work. I've done everything right, saved it to the right folders, and all that jazz, even double checked, but it still crashes.

If it's because of the program, I won't be able to make ANY maps unless I get a new tablet with the software...

Any suggestions/ways to solve the problem?

Are you talking about the heightmap and terrain mask? If so, make sure that it is:

-Greyscale
-Square (Try 513/513)
-Saved as a .png
-Has all transparency removed
-Has one layer

If it is your program, you should try out GIMP, since it's free.

Gimp is a very good program like Devynex said^^
I suggest looking at this >for help regarding map maker.

Adding to Dev, last time I checked you could only use one layer. I don't think you can have 3 and them merge them all together.
