" Failed To Connect To Front Server "

Dear FeralHeart HQ,
While I was logging in to the game, I spelled my username and password correctly but after it says " Connecting To Front Server " it says " Failed To Connect To Front Server" I don't understand why... May you please help me?

then logging into the game.

Make sure you keep the tab open as you play.

Adding on Make sure you have a tab that refreshes it or get a add on that does it instead. And let it sit for 25-30 seconds before logging in.

Another thing to also keep in mind. If none of that works, make sure your username is LESS than 16 characters long, otherwise, the game will not let you login.

Adding on to what Arctic said above, I looked up your in-game username and it does appear to be over sisteen characters. Like she said, no matter what you do, the game won't let you in. Your only solution is to make another account (keep it less than sixteen characters!); sorry for the inconvenience

I will go ahead and lock this up, seeing as though the issue has been identified. Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit or change your username, so you will have to create a new account when the Registration is open next. I would try checking the Registration periodically to catch it when it's open. If you would like more info on the Registration hours, click here.
