how to change to Direct3D9

i am trying to get Bro's ENB mod to work for feralheart and ill pull up the opening page and it will only show an option for openGL,  i was wondering if i can actually switch to Direct3D9

Hey there! When you load into the game check
Options > Video > then click Direct3D9
After doing so, you'll have to restart the game, hope this helps!
