For four months, no deaths have occured. Four peaceful, quiet months.
Nights parents had gone out to get a bite, but hadnt returned yet. Night mewled helplessly, her black coat blending in with the darkness. A figure stumbled into the little light between her and the big world from the alley. It was her father. Blood poured out his neck. Nights eyes widened, "DAD!!!!!!!!" the words echoed around the clearing, a crying kit wailed helplessly at her fathers side. Night ran off, ready to meet disaster. Suddenly, plop! Night bumped into a black and white cat with green eyes. He said, "Hey, kid, you alright?" Night mewled, "Im fine but im not so sure about daddy." The cat said, "You need a place to stay?" Night nodded, and the cat picked her up and toom her to his house.
