She was designed for life in the city, hence her bright colours. Her blue markings and eyes glow in the dark, due to her blood containing large amounts of neon, resulting in her name.
She is not completely organic, and is mostly created out of misc stuff. Despite this, she still eats, sleeps, etc. Though she doesn't seem to need to do it often. Neon has not many special powers, other than being able to see in the darkest of places, and extraordinary jaw strength. Her jaw is enforced with metal at the joints, giving her a bite power that triples that of a spotted hyena.
In personality, she is overal friendly and kind. Though she may sometimes let her mouth run loose, resulting in accidentally insulting people. She stresses easily, and is terribly afraid of mistakes
